Spanish Speaking Customer Relationship Representative
(Flight ticket reservations)
Work location: Budapest, XI. District
Expectations:
• Fluent Spanish knowledge is a MUST
• English in intermediate level
• Excellent communication, problem solving and customer handling skills
• Customer orientation
• Discipline
• Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team
Tasks:
• Receiving and handling customer’s phone calls and e-mails
• Providing information about the service
• Giving support to customers in general related questions
• Use all manner of modern communication to offer the best possible service
• Solving customer’s elementary general problems
